Spurs usually play better after an embarrassing loss, but I think Toronto pulls out this one. Blame it a bit on December and the Spurs being banged up.
I will be attending this game and that usually means Manu is going to have an amazing performance...or at least I hope so.
The Raptors always seem to be play the Spurs tough in Toronto, and even though Rudy Gay isn't around (yes, he was awful) the Raptors ball movement has already looked much better. Valanciunas had a pretty solid game against Duncan last year, he should be one to keep an eye out for.
Really pumped, hopefully this game gets the Spurs back on track.

I hate November, December, January and February games.
well just witnessed the dallas cowboys stink up the joint so a win by the trusty spurs will make my day tomorrow ....atleast the spurs know how to get it done
by the way that spurs cheerleader is super hot
Yeah she's great, but I don't appreciate her lawyer's tone.
whats the deal on the lawyer?
I sent her one too many facebook messages![]()
Bears won, so Duncan will have another 20/20 game.
DeRozan is a beast and is having a career season. My fantasy team thanks him for it.![]()
So do Spurs make a trade with Raptors pre or post game?
Derozan will have a career night again. He loves going off on the Spurs.
And yeah with the way the Spurs have played lately, this game is going to be tough. Hopefully Amir Johnson impresses Pop a lot so we can acquire him.
Have fun, Amused.![]()
Halftime tbh. Amir Johnson goes for 40 in the first half, Spurs pull the trigger, then he sits on the bench as Bonner and Cojo drop 20 each for Toronto.
Last seasons game went into double overtime before the Spurs won.
I don't know what to make of this team. Gay won't shoot a lot of bad shots, which means Amir and Lowry don't look bad. DeRozan has been scoring fairly efficiently too. Don't be surprised if Pop puts Green on Lowry, Leonard on DeRozan, and Parker on Fields to start.
The Spurs bench unit should be their biggest advantage IMO. They don't have the versatility of Mills/Belinelli/Ginobili/Diaw; Ross is a good scorer and Novak is a deadly shooter but that's it.
And Vasquez/Hayes/Patterson/Salmons aren't gonna play, fwiw.
Lowry always goes off on the Spurs. Derozan may go off, but we do have KL to guard him. Other than that, the Raps really have no scoring punch. This looks like a build a lead and rest the starters game.
Amir Johnson and JV should have good games against the Spurs. I've seen the Spurs play the Raptors in Toronto for 9 straight years now and only once or twice has it been a blowout from what I can remember.
Hopefully the Spurs play with a little more focus after losing 3 out of their last 5.
I'm not sure if you're serious, but I'm glad to see her!! She is giving the Coyote a run for his money as team mascot!!

Go ahead, Canadian press. Ask Pop about the prospect of the Raptors tanking.
Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN
Pop: “I’m not really interested in fueling whatever it is you want to write about what’s going on in Toronto.”
Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN
Pop on Splitter's bum calf: "I don’t think it’s serious, but it’s a nagging thing. If he doesn’t just sit, it’s going to come back again."
Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN
Pop calls Splitter "one of our most consistent players." ... "We're trying to sit him a while and hope he can get healthy."

Haha nah I'm just kidding
Slightly bummed I don't get to see Splitter, but at least everyone else will be there.
I'll be wearing my authentic Ayres jersey.
have fun at the game tonight. I'm going to the game tomorrow night against Milwaukee. I'm hoping that pop doesn't rest guys tomorrow on the second night of the back-to-back.
