If benching RG3 is a ploy for Snyder to fire him, then winning isn't a main priority to him. He should've been benched a long time ago. Snyder looks like a Jerry Jones lite.

You are dead on. They can use Cousins as a trade piece though if he balls out there so it could be a win win situation.
