No surprise, EA hasn't had a decent Live game for over 10 years regardless of platform.
I tried the demo for this yesterday, has anybody else played it?..
No hyperbole, it's the worst sports game I've ever played, tbh..I played it on PS4 and it literally looks like a game from PS2, tbh..

But if you wanna holla at me Im killakobe81 on PSN too ... that is how I got that stupid name when i first went online with ps2 it was shortly after that game ...and i needed a Madden gamertag.
I also played the demo but on Xbox one. It's a disaster, tbh...The franchise has fallen a great deal from where it was 10 years ago. The only thing better on Live is the soundtrack. Thassss it
Live 10 was ok I still preferred 2k10 but a couple of homiez were Live loyalists so I messed with it a bit. the dribble and shot stick were nice ...back then. 2k was still better though ...
Though 2K14 is unquestionably the better game...it sucks that they took out some basic features which I was use to ing around with like create a player mode and the association mode. Something about myGM mode just pisses me off lol
Live 10 was alright but 2K was already a better game...imagine if EA had compe ion with ESPN NFL football (the short lived franchise)...
2K14's features are horrible on PS4, tbh, such a bust..
The gameplay and graphics are unreal, but they took out multiplayer Association mode, which was the feature I used most frequently with friends/family..they also changed the format for editing rosters, everything is online now, it's annoying, tbh..
I hate when games alter formulas that have been proven to be successful, tbh..
I can't wait for another company to step up and make FIFA games too. EA is just as equally as bad with FIFA, they're luck their compe or has started to concentrate on other business avenues but damn anything but EA...
fifa is actually pretty good tbh, havent played fifa 14 yet but 13 is pretty awesome
the last good nba live was the one with tmac tbh
I love Fifa and 2K14 on the PS4, but yeah removing game features is really lame.
You can't even see your online record in 2K14, and Fifa inexplicably took away local co-op when you play online. WTF
It's a terrible game from top to bottom. The graphics and gameplay are unforgivingly bad. They also removed the slam dunk contest and the 3 point contest which I attribute to laziness. The only good thing about this game is the soundtrack, It's pretty sick.
Don't they want to make any money? I just don't understand how some games can turn out so ? Don't they test it or do anything
Do they have this abortion on 360 too? I'll have to download the demo for laughs. The last Live even worth pirating was 06.
Are there any good games out on these new systems? I havent heard anything good thus far
Live 03 with updated graphics would suffice. The rosters could stay the same though, since the Mavs were dominant in that game.
I've only had a PS4 for like 5 days, from the small sample size I've ed with, the graphics and gameplay are ridiculous, but the games are temporarily stripped down of features, tbh..
I'm expecting them to eventually add updates to solve the issues with the features in a few months, but it still sucks..
NBA live series has been pure dog since 08 imho, even 07 wasn't that good, just passable at its finest. just like dirk said, old live games (03, 04 or 05) with upgraded graphics and updated rosters will suffice. I'm still playing that 05' game with up2date roster and I think that's more playable than live 08 or any basketball game
