Love is the best PF in the NBA, tbh, respect..

Jump shooting bigs always give the Spurs trouble, see: Love, Dirk, Aldridge, Ibaka, etc..

Love has fantastic hands as well. He catches, tips, rebounds, quick little put backs...

His D could certainly improve, his mobility is good, he will never be a shot blocker. With the large hairy sloth next to him, Minn. can't guard the rim.

0-2 with one rebound over the final six minutes as his team was outscored 18-8 down the stretch.

Dirk couldn't defend nor was he the team leader but he won a le because he dominated on the offense and could rebound pretty well, and because his team acquired a defensive minded center who instilled that in the rest of the squad... and a HOF PG didn't hurt anything.
Right he had leaders or a D BIG and the right parts around him! He caught FIRE for a playoff run too! Can love do that in the playoffs? Time will tell but he has not yet so I will reserve judgement on that end of things as of now. I agree on Dirk.

Sure he can. He has to have the pieces around him however. This small ball stuff is not going to get him there though.

Tim could be the centerpiece though and the one who could lead you to a le with less help and so on! Which is why I take a Tim and his career 10 times outta ten over say a Love and an Aldridge even though I am a fan of them both especially Aldridge.

Like I said he is not a winner or leader, he is a stat padder.

I don't think Love is a stat padder. He was the only reason the Wolves were in the game. Whenever he and Rubio weren't on the floor, the Wolves got destroyed.

Love is by far the best PF in the league this season over my man Timmy and Lamarcus tbh and glad to see a white dude can shot 3 and get rebound on average 13 or 14 per game? MVP in the early season.

i'll tell u like i told kobe fans in 06, if your team isn't at least top 3 in their confernce or top 4 in the league, there is no way possible u can be considered an mvp candidate..

haha, he'd average about 9 offensive boards per game off kobe bricks alone.

Considering that he plays basically zero defense, and is a bit of a whiner, not too well, overall.

I think it's important to take into account that he's been playing for one of the worst franchises ever. That can't help.

He's limited on the defensive end (for the moment at least) but he has very good hands, scores well, rebounds very well, can shoot the 3 at a decent rate. I don't think he needs much to go on to the next level. Honestly I wouldn't mind the Spurs signing him.

Greatest stat-padding PF of all time imho. 1 on 1 defense doesn't reflect in his stats so he never bothers to play any defense at all

limited is an understatement. his defense is horrible and nonexistent. but to his credit, he's always been this way since ucla. kg played for the same franchise. he shot a lot of 18 footers that i didn't like, but he played defense. i'm not saying he's trash, but i want my big man/franchise player capable of playing defense and blocking shots. for people that want to bring up dirk, he was drafted in 98 and it was 2011 before he won his first le. and they had to put other defensive players around him to hide him so all he had to do was play defense.

I heard they had to put players around Lebron for him to win as well... Seriously...

He's mostly a one way player but that doesn't mean he's not awesome.
