Didn't know Alvin Robertson was #21. Guess his jersey will never go up in the rafters, despite the DPOY, quadruple-double, etc.
Not that that outcome seemed particularly likely after the child pros ution arrest anyway.

How many teams have had two players with HOF-worthy accomplishments (on the court) with the same jersey number?
Spurs need to bring back those warm-up pants!
Looks like the beginning of a porn tbh...
MJ had mad respect for Alvin's defense
I literally cast thousands of votes for Alvin Robertson, Mike Mitc , and Artis Gilmore that year. The ballots were punch cards, so you could do 10 a time and I used to take as many as I could carry at the end of every game to bring back the next one. LOL by the next season the NBA changed the ballots to scratch-off so you couldn't stuff the ballot box like that anymore.

It's been too long, anyway. If he was going to have his jersey retired, it should have happened in less than 30 years.
the level of talent on that punch card is outrageous.
Some of them are still using that cane.
Look at those names
LOL today's NBA
Tyson Chandler, starting C for the East
(that being said, what was Sam Bowie doing on that list)
