Took Joe Biden's advice and got myself a shotgun for home defense. Remington 877 Nitro Mag Tactical. If anyone tries to mess with me I'll fire off two rounds in the air cause Biden said so.

Not a fan of pistol grips on shotguns at all. Just doesn't feel right to me, especially for duck hunting. I really loaded up on some black friday deals this year (shotgun, fenix tk22 weaponlight w/pressure switch, gear sector offset mount, larue index clips and stops, troy rail covers, batteries, SOG knife, Eotech xps2 holo sight) and saved a ton of money.
how much duck hunting are you going to do with an 18 inch barrel home protection shotgun? i use a 28 inch barrel for that
I'm going to try it out this weekend, I'm curious to see how the new armorlokt technology works as the gun is supposed to be water/rust proof. Will be a bit more difficult with the 18" so I'll still bring the 870.
i also have the good ole classic 870 for skeet shooting and hunting. i like skeet shooting even better than long rifles or handguns.
I've got an awesome sporting clay course nearby. I could hang out there all day if they allowed beer. Out of all my guns I still prefer shooting my AR's, ringing steel plates at 250 yards puts a smile on my face. Girlfriend loves the AR's as well for the almost non-existent recoil and accuracy.

Sheriff should be fired IMO...despite his personal beliefs the Sheriff is employed to enforce laws that were in-acted by elected represenatative...he can't pick and choose what laws he can or can't enforce, nor when or where he want's to enforce them....anti gun groups should get a bunch of gansta's to go to this sheriff's town and carry assault rifles and see how quick the Sheriff changes his opinions about lax gun laws...Sheriffs Refuse to Enforce Laws on Gun Control
You're not understanding, they'd it "choosing which laws to enforce" they're enforcing only laws that are cons utional like they're supposed to. These guys take an oath.
Until it's decided by a court of law to be uncons utional, it is cons utional....the mandatory testing of suspected DUI suspects in SA is uncons utional, but nobody has taken this law to the higher courts to challenge it...
