There's no "right" bus to rob. What a dumb ass criminal. The only time you're going to find anyone worth robbing on a bus is the rush hour when you might have some fairly affluent commuters who don't want to with traffic and you can see the crowd control issue that presents. You're outnumbered 20 to 1, on a vehicle where there is no place you can stand without turning your back on at least one person or being with in arms reach of 7 or 8 more, all the exits are controlled by the driver (who has a radio and a panic button), plus an ass load of cameras and tracking devices built into the bus itself. Wouldn't be too tough to hit one at say 7 or 8 in the evening where you'll probably have to handle a dozen people (most of them there because they can't afford a car) and you'll maybe get out of there with about $40 and a few three year old phones. Assuming none of them are packing, which in Houston at least isn't a gamble I'd ever take.
