Truly this year was a giant step back for black (QB) kind. Great write up.
Let's take a moment this holiday season to remember our fallen brothas...
1. Michael Dwayne Vick (2001-2013)
It seems like only yesterday he was running around and getting injured on his own accord. Where does the time go, tbh? I shall miss his one-great-performance-followed-by-5- ty-ones talent that we all fell in love with. There's always 2010
2. Joshua Tyler Freeman (2009-2013)
There's something to be said for not being able to find playing time behind Matt Cassel and a one-armed Christian Ponder. I, for one, think the coach is a racist. Where does Minnesota ship all those extra bottles of Soul-Glo to next year? Canada, perhaps?
3. Robert Lee Griffin III (2012-2013)
Nevermind that your parents named you after the commander of the right-to-own-slaves Army, or that you have a face for radio--here's hoping Subway re-ups your contract after Washington cuts you loose in 2015. 2 major knee surgeries, one performance-based benching, and one coach fired. Job well done, Robert
4. Terrelle Pryor (2011-13)
His doctor (as well as his agent) say he has only 1 week to live, so my Condolences TP--your future was bright. Pretty terrible career for someone who's been earning a pro paycheck since 2008, but at least he's better than Jamarcus! spurraider got to see TP's demise first hand--must've been glorious.
It's too early to throw dirt on CK or RW because their teams are loaded with talent and have elite defenses--but Kaepernick looks like a victim of game film. As for RW and his fanbois, consider this--If he fails to win it this year (most likely won't get a better chance than now), will he still be all warm, fuzzy, and lovable when he demands to be paid as a Top-tier QB?
Truly this year was a giant step back for black (QB) kind. Great write up.
Then there's this...
...and we're looking at pick #2 overall in 2014 as the last parting gift from this trade.
Brockers-solid starter
Pead-head case and looks like a bust
Watkins-bust
Jenkins-solid starter
Ogletree-solid starter
Bailey-showing upside
Stacy-solid starter
holy
Brockers, Ogletree, and Jenkins all have pro-bowl potential imo. Washington potentially traded a probowler at each level of the defense, a probowl running back, AND the 2nd overall pick for one of the worst starting QBs in the NFL![]()
it's the mst w

...never realized that Washington got raped that bad. That has to be the most one sided trade in football history.
is that for real?
holy and the #2 pick for next season??
ah, so they traded down, it makes a lot more sense now.
Yeah...those pick didn't get those exact players but the picks they acquired made the trades possible.
mojo's pic is going to age like a fine wine on this forum
pryor was so short lived
he did come out pretty solid, then wildly de-evolved
Hard to argue for rg3 after this year, but I guess get one more year.
