For me a history of winning is what creates pressure and sets those expectations, not so much $$$$. I can see an argument for franchises/programs like the Yankees, Spurs, cowboys, lakers, duke, UNC, Man Utd, etc...and the Knicks just don't have that. But yes, $ can create pressure...
