But, that's next season. Christ, let him get to that contract before you judge him.
He signed that contract already. There's no "get to that contract" now. Don't you get that? Even if he doesn't play a minute, it's going to cost you half your salary cap. You have Gilbert Arenas 2.0 and you're now Washington. Keep flinging your feces and reminiscing about the good old days, it's over for you. , you're not even going to get a semi-retired version of MJ from Kobe.

But, that's next season. This season is still on the old contract. That contract saw him go back-to-back + deny the Suns that extra Lottery pick.

    Except you have

    Kobe
    Pau

for a total of 50 million. FIFTY ING MILLION DOLLARS FOR A 1ST ROUND SWEEP... that's just part of the 130 MILLION dollar debacle that you've been trying to hard to bury beneath a team that's paid less than half that, who went 7 games in the Finals (and swept your 130 MILLION dollar disappointment).

All the parroting in the world isn't going to salvage any dignity now. You've wasted time you could have spent blowing goats for a nickel a herd to get some dignity back.

I don't see how you can look at a guy like Bryant and feel anything but contempt and remorse but you somehow manage to find respect in your gut for him. I guess being a Cavs/Suns fan has tainted your outlook.

& we also got back-to-back outta that contract(s) + we denied the Suns that extra Lottery pick outta that contract(s).

2 is better than none which you had in the same time span.

The Spurs have had 3 since 2002 and you've had 2. We've made 4 Finals appearances and you've made 3. Basically, Spurs have won 3 in the same time frame that the Lakers won 2.

The Spurs have had 3 since 2005 and you've had 2. We've made 4 Finals appearances and you've made 3. Post Shaq, Spurs have 3 rings. Kobe has 2.
In the contract we've garnered 2. You've garnered 1 and had to give it back.

But you ignore him like he's a bas stepchild. He didn't rape. He was there for every game. He even made it back to the Finals sans Kobe (But Kobe never made it back sans Fish). Fish has been to 8 NBA Finals and won 5 of them. He's at 6 if Kobe doesn't go all Westbrook in the Finals and leave his other 3 HOFers playing spades.

Kobe cost you everything you ever had, and everything you're ever going to have. You have no choice but to love him.

    damn.
tis the season for truth bombs.
