ing refs. Clear foul by harden on TD21 as the half was ending....sadly becoming the norm this season

obviously you haven't been around last year..
Dwight wasn't playing up to his potential last year, he was mailing it in the entire season. The intentionally fouling stuff the Spurs did against him last year won't work as well this year since Houston isn't a good matchup for them in the 1st place.

It's so pathetic that Leonard is a spot-up shooter in the Parker system, tbh..he's not a good shooter, yet his role is spot-up shooter..

We have to watch games like the Warriors outing where he dominates off the dribble, but then Parker returns and Leonard reverts to spot-up shooter..

Very frustrating. Parker will inevitably get shut down in the playoffs by a bigger defender so it would be nice to get Leonard more involved into the system.

He isn't Bowen or Richard Jefferson.

Is Tony Parker still playing for the Spurs? Talk about nonexistent.

Agree but it takes time to integrate Kawhi in the system.

So many missed looks. Just a bad match up. They are long and athletic & shoot the three which is a weakness of the Spurs defense.

This is becoming the norm for the Spurs now. Get absolutely demolished in a quarter, and then either tie or outscore the team in every other one....and still lose.

I think OKC is the best defensive team in the West to be honest with you.
Not sure who is the best defensive team in the West. I just know it isn't the Spurs. I was saying that the spurs are nowhere near being an elite defensive team. They have got a lot of work to do, especially against the best teams to lay any kind of claim to being an elite defensive team.

I didn't watch the last Houston game. How much were we trailing by at halftime?

Down 9 isn't bad, but Houston should be prepared for a comeback this time.

But Kawhi is not better than Jefferson on offense

    The Clippers w/ Rivers>Clippers w/ Del Negro

Doc Rivers knows how to make adjustments. He took the Celtics who struggled in the regular season the past 2 years and made it to the 2012 ECF where his team lost in 7 games and almost took the Knicks to a 7th game after losing the first 3 games in the 1st round last year. He also took Orlando back in 2000 who should've had the worst record in the league to an impressive .500 record.

    He's not overrated at all.

Jefferson on the Spurs was a spot-up shooter. Leonard is experiencing the same thing RJ went through only Leonard isn't afraid of big moments and is a much better player than the Spurs' RJ.
