I am not a republican and I don't complain about Affordable Health care. I make too much(barely) to qualify for it but it is a good program for some. I don't see why there is so much opposition to it. The reasoning for the opposition never made any sense to me. Conservatives about too much government but don't care to be run over by big business corporations who will suck them dry for their own big profits.
Regardless of political views the new healthcare act was a failure from the start because of the way our political system is setup to destroy each other. All I know is my insurance rates went up about double from last year for the same deductible costs. Also, due to my wife's job offering health insurance as well my company will no longer cover her and due to that we now have two deductibles per each of us to reach before fully covered...yay.

No, For many who also work. People on welfare already get free medical care so the affordable health care doesn't make any type of difference for those who don't work.
^ Bingo...there's a reason they believe this..let me explain..see when government regulates every thing has to be done in the open they are forced to comply...whereas they prefer the rule of law in private businesses because it allows them to practice their racism, hate, and discrimination unchecked...for example they can pay a black person .40 cent on the dollar while paying a white person 4.75 on the dollar (if you know what I mean)...or they can pay women on average 50% less than men while performing the same job...they can create workplace policies that hide these practices and forbid anyone to discuss them...it's why ALL republicans oppose the lilly ledbetter fair pay act for women...they want to regulate themselves but want no one regulating them...it's the same police depts do when they kill someone and the public finds out...they then do am internal affairs investigation where they end up ruling the police did no wrong

No actually its a Fortune 500 company with huge fringe benefits...it's just cheaper for companies now to not cover spouses who are offered insurance at their own jobs.
