I don't need to prop us Cam, tbh... Anyone with a brain sees what he's doing this year.
its funny you say good QB's don't need to come from behind weekly, yet that explains Brady perfectly... Deflect that
PFF ranks your O-line +17.2 at pass blocking (third best in the league) and +5.0 at run blocking (eighth best in the league), +33.9 overall (fifth best in the league).... Jordan Gross is the third best offensive tackle in the league according to PFF's stats....
ting on an actually good O-line in order to prop up
I don't need to prop us Cam, tbh... Anyone with a brain sees what he's doing this year.

son since you're clinging on to life support with this "but...but.. Cam has this many come from behind wins!" .... here are some facts for you to chew on. (BTW someone go ahead and pull the plug off his life support after this) ....
Career Fourth Quarter Comebacks
Cam Newton - 6 (in 47 games)
compared to other QB's in similar time frames (your personal favorite first) ...
Andrew Luck - 7 (in 31 games)
Russell Wilson - 7 (in 31 games)
Vince Young - 7 (in 43 games)
Tim Tebow - 6 (in 24 games)
you know just to name a few. oh and just to let you know ... Alex Smith has 11 comebacks.

Yeah, we see he's managing games and being highly overrated by the national media
its funny you say good QB's don't need to come from behind weekly, yet that explains Brady perfectly... Deflect thatNotice how you left out the qualifier about supporting casts.... due to all the injuries they've had, Brady has mostly had a worse O-line, worse defense, and worse skill-position players at his disposal than has, tbh.... as much as I hate to admit it as I can't stand him, put Brady on this Panthers team and they run through the league this year and are unanimous Super Bowl favorites....
I'm referring to this year..... Because that's what this thread is about. Who cares about the past couple years? Especially considering Cam had no help. Keep deflecting that and the factor led a team from 2-14 to their first division win since 08.
Stay salty bro!
"it's not fair...we stopped cam for most the g
me
"
Btw, 's 9th ranked passer rating is deceiving, as it plummets to a pathetic 65.7 rating whenever he is pressured.... when pressured, he takes sacks on 21% of his dropbacks and has thrown 8 picks.....
That's just more proof of why No Lyfe got throwing the O-line under the bus is pathetic, they're the biggest reason his stats look decent because when they do allow pressure, turtles up and plays like a scrub![]()
No Lyfe got disappearing now that his arguments are being ripped to shreds, same thing he tries to call out others on![]()
I'm not disappearing. You're just proving nothing. You're clearly butthurt because Cam made the PB...something he won't even play in b/c be prepping up.
Tbh, it's funny how mad you get. It's even funnier watching you two meltdown.
Cam has pretty much on the haters this year and I in love it
I've provided statistical facts to rebut your excuses (and so has BR), and your response to that has been to keep moving the goalposts to the next excuse.... now you've run out of excuses and are resorting to "LOL U MAD LOL BUTTHURT" instead, tbh....
PS Clipper Nation, it's cute how you haven't mentioned the significance Newton has in the rushing game for Carolina.... Wonder why![]()
The quarterback's primary job is to pass the ball, so I don't give a about 's running ability when he is barely at game-manager levels in the passing game![]()
Btw, that "horrible O-line" is easily the most important component of Carolina's running game, not :
Running to their left, the Panthers are averaging 4.3, 4.0, and 4.5 per gap from left guard out to left end, respectively, and have seen their linemen on that side earn run-blocking grades among the best at their positions. PFF Pro Bowl selections, left tackle Jordan Gross (+5.5, eighth among left tackles) and left guard Travelle Wharton (+9.0, fifth), along with center Ryan Kalil (+8.9, fifth) and blocking tight end Ben Hartsock (+11.7, first) form a solid front for Carolina runners to play off of and will be part of one of this game’s better matchups.
I just noticed fans always on their teams oline to prop up other players... But in the offseason they always talk up their new and improved oline only to repeat the process once the season starts
Cam's career numbers are absolutely pathetic. yet he still makes the Pro Bowl despite the fact that he will average CAREER LOWS in ...
- Passing Yards
- Passing Yards per Attempt
- Adjusted Yards Gained per Attempt
- Passing Yards per Completion
- Passing Yards per Game
... even his monkeyball numbers are down. career lows in ...
- Rushing Yards
- Rushing Touchdowns
- Rushing Yards per Attempt
- Rushing Yards per Game
is also 16th among all starting quarterbacks in DYAR and 15th in DVOA.... for all the hype, he provides mediocre total value and value per play....
Where are the rankings for this? Just curious and would like to look at all the figures.
Tbh PFF had the skins line rated 3rd best at one point in the season and we all know how ty that line is when it comes to pass blocking
Really? Prater only missed one field goal this season and kicked a 64 yard bomb in 7 degree weather.
More important, why are you complaining about kickers? This is so unlike you.
Yeah I'd only miss one field goal when my offense is busy breaking the passing touchdowns in a season record too.
Or maybe PFF is evaluating Washington's line objectively while RG3 nuthuggers pretend it's accepted fact that Washington's line sucks in order to prop up RG3.
the same exact offensive line was ranked 16th last season (and 27th in 2011) even when rg3 has his best year
