Against the Raiders?
![]()
A little late with this thread but it
Remaining schedule:
@ Raiders
Drew Brees: 5,476
Tom Brady: 5,235
Peyton Manning: 5,211 (thru Week 16)
Needs 25 to knock Brady off No. 2, 266 to knock Brees off No. 1
The broncos want that #1 seed so I dont think they will bench him next week.
Not gonna get it since Joe Bags is bringing the fellas back tonight
As much as I'd love Baltimore to win out and get my boys the 2 seed, I dont see a 21 point comeback with only 12 minutes left. Weirder has happened but today aint their day. Now technically your Bills could do what Baltimore failed to do today next week and Baltimore could beat the Bengals and still get the Colts the 2 seed but I'm content with a rematch at home with that Chiefs team and a trip to Denver the next week to take on Manning after the playoff bye, a game he has consistently lost in his career.
The raiders will give up 300+ in pass interference yards tbh![]()
manning benched after 1 half.
at the ing babies on this site with the "
stat padding" bull
Manning sat quite a bit in the 05 season vs Brady in 07 who was gunning like crazy for that record, still throwing in blowouts with lot more attempts. Brees was padding like crazy last year since that was the only thing to play for.
If the Broncos win the super bowl this year, is it safe to say that Manning is the GOAT?

Montana will always be my favorite but Manning will certainly have a serious argument if he wins a second SB since no QB has won with two separate teams as the starter, IIRC. Plus Manning is basically the regular season GOAT, it's just the playoffs where things get more interesting and dicey. It will take a miracle run from them this year though, their defense looks problematic, but playoffs are always unpredictable.
Only way he can validate this season is with a ring. He'll probably also unanimously win the MVP award due to breaking both records at age 37.
fify. i dont think his age factors into the award
I think his age is what eliminates voters possibly considering another candidate. Brees or Jamal Charles might steal votes from him if local media decides to be a homer.
Saint play gb? Pretty easy win as long as not snowing
