If I were a Pats fan, I would obviously prefer San Diego. You play at home, and it leaves Manning no chance to beat Brady and ring this year. If you play the Donks, Manning has a solid shot of beating Brady and going on the win the Superbowl to complete arguably the best year for an NFL qb (setting the big records, winning MVP, winning superbowl MPV, etc etc). Thats the last thing a Pats fan wants imo
Good point. Though it would be more satisfying to beat Manning for obvious reasons, I think I'd rather puss out and take the easier path to the le. Not sure who the easiest team for the Pats to face in the SB would be. Panthers, I guess, since we have played them this year?

You should want the home field advantage imho. Pats home field advantage in the BB/Brady era has been off the charts, rumored to be because of the extensive spy apparatus at work, so you should go with what works tbh.

Basically this. HIFI's extreme Pats hatred is so over the top that it isn't worth dignifying with a response, or even mocking. The fact that he isn't a Raiders fan also makes it tougher to push his buttons back. Even so, his other non-Pats takes are usually pretty solid, and he wouldn't be re ed enough to judge an entire player's future NFL career based off one game.
