I agree. Even as a pet lover and a long time cat owner. But the idiocy is in being a dumb, arrogant kid who thinks an eviction and/or being sent to collections is no big deal or that the conditions of a lease agreement can be ignored. Not many people are calling him out for that.

tbh I used to be someone that hated cats despite never having owned one, simply bc I was a 'dog person'. My girl had a cat when we moved in together and now it's like my daughter tbh. Kinda snobby but it can be affectionate sometimes. Moral of the story is you don't have to be exclusively a dog/cat person.

I wouldn't own one if I lived alone and still prefer my dog but they're still allright tbh.

I try not to judge, but yeah, both of those are kinda dumb, and should be avoided. We were all young once though. I'm sure most here over 30 have done at least one thing in their early 20's that they kick themselves for. Grain of salt, and hope they learn.
