    Me too.

    Been thinking of buying the whole trilogy. Its freaking cheap now.

    No idea why the third game gets so much hate. People just expect fairy tale endings. I wouldn't have bothered with a extended ending like they did. Still, that was satisfactory as well.
    well my advice is: just (or at least) get ME1. though ME2 is better than most games, it's still a slap in the face to ME1

    I suspect because of the regenerating health thing right?

    The combat certainly got better though.

    so many ways, mostly story though.
    [sorry to go OT and rehash old takes but...] ME2 only did 2 things better: graphics/production values, and that ending sequence where everything you have done actually matters. everything else that made ME1 one of the greatest of all time was abandoned/diminished in ME2. I think I've said before that if they could have made ME1 with that ME2 style end game and those big budget production values: untouchable GOAT imo.
