Trey Burke has that clutch gene. Those threes he hit reminded me of that amazing game against Kansas. I like what the Jazz have in Kanter, and Alec. Favors is a bit overrated to me.

Yeah, though I think they move Hayward. He's not worth the money he's asking, plus the Jazz will have a decent pick to replace his production. Hayward got some bad advice on the extension talks I think.

Jazz have a good core of young players but they don't have this one or two great player(s) that a team need to be a contender. They'll need to strike gold in draft/FA.
Spurs build a big lead, and per par, Pop rests the starters, which lets the other team go on a late run.
ALMOST blew that one, though. Fortunately, Belinelli hit those CLUTCH FTs at the end to seal the deal.
At least Pop will have something to at them about between now and Friday night.

These rotations are horrible, Manu and Beli need to stay on the 2nd unit especially with Kawhi picking up the slack in the starting lineup.

Burke is going to be good in 2 years. A top 5 pick to pair him with is critical though. I really like what I saw from Kantar tonight, but I'd make everyone not named Burke available for an all star piece. Jazz are going to be a nice team soon enough.
I can see Utah taking the place of Dallas in the next year or two as a 7th or 8th seed team, the west is way too stacked for them to break through though.
Kanter looks good against ty defense. He had some moves and shots tonight he normally doesn't get. Spurs play really piss poor most of the game and won it without much of an issue minus some flukey ass shots from Burke. Ayres can't defend for , and that's why Kanter went off. He'd be good on the Spurs, but it seems this Spurs team gives run of the mill guys career nights even though the Spurs still win. All that talk about KLove going for 42 and yet they lost. How many mid level bigs have the Spurs given career nights?
