I said what is just as easy to believe. I don't need to see anyone's picture. The sheer teeth-pulling ridiculousness of this episode proves that there are myriad reasons not to post ones picture.

Actually I said I didn't want any pictures well before you bumped the thread. You had already illustrated a couple of the many reasons not to post a picture here, and they didn't even have anything to do with one's desire to post a picture here.
I stated and restated that it wasn't a big deal either way and I'm sticking to that. It's not a big deal. I don't need to see any pictures and no one is under any obligation to post any -- no matter what anyone here says.
