Everyone knows Manu is my favourite of all time, but I don't get why pop continues to choose a Manu PnR over a Kawhi Post up which is a much more deadlier and much more efficient at this point of their careers.

Pop has had two seasons now with Splitter...and in two seasons...he has not been able to "find time" to try and integrate his only two players approaching 7 feet....this is the NBA where being tall is something that can't be taught...on top of that Splitter is not just some "serviceable' "blue collar" role player...he can actually be an asset by his mere presence on the court with his vision, passing, and basketball IQ...but head coach has pissed away two seasons....
This seasons playoffs are just about here and head coach is right on cue to get embarrassed again....

Despite 8 and 6, the team still being compe ive right now so much so you could label them as Championship contenders is a testament to Pop's ability to make more of the parts that surround the big three (really, the big four) than anything. Before 2010, the team depended on the talents of the big three to get them places. As the past 3-4 years have showed, Pop has inserted offensive sets that maximize every players ability when on the court. That's hard as to do and I can't imagine the difficulty in doing that at the NBA level where the margin of error for coaching and system overhaul changes is as small as it can get.
