This whole "I'm cool because I'm black named and you suck because you're a GNSF" thing is so lame and childish...
Lotta ty bolded posters tbh. It's just that an overwhelming majority of greys are terrible and like to cliffjump whenever the Spurs lose a game tbh.

I don't think Mills and Marco should be lumped in with those other three guys. Those two need good ball movement to be more effective and the fully healthy roster provided that. The offense is totally stagnated right now with Parker and Duncan struggling and those four guys being out.
Since when does a PG need better ball movement to score? Mills is a useless scrub. Marco maybe gets a pass but the guy has been garbage lately, there is a reason one of the worst offenses in the league didn't even want this guy.

I just hope Duncan and/or Parker will stay healthy this stretch. They'll be getting a lot of minutes with this scrub team.

Nando, Bonner, Ayres, Mills, Marco, all useless scrubs.
I'd like to smoke whatever you're smoking, bud. Mills was the only reason we were still in the game in the first half. He, by himself, erased a 7+ point deficit (caused by Parker and the gang) in the first half. It wasn't until his got his 5th foul did his defense begin to waver a bit. It also resulted in him not getting as many minutes as Cojo and De Colo. Offensively, Mills kept us in the game.

EDIT: Didn't see that you also included Marco. Thanks for exposing yourself as a troll.

Well, if you're using the injury argument to knock Rose, you should use that as well for Manu. But regardless, we're not in a good situation now...and it's actually pretty embarassing.
I agree. We are in a very bad situation. But this was an expected loss against the Bulls. Our team doesn't have that top 10 superstar that the team can count on so if one of the main rotation guys are out, of course we are going to struggle. Half of the rotation guys are out right now. We can make an excuse to lose. But we have to trim some of the deadweight off this team.

Mills is a great player and has had to stand in the shadows while Parker plays. Parker is obviously a superstar and Mills has to be patient. By the way what do they pay Mills - peanuts compared to those in NBA making his contribution at other clubs. Clearly when Parker is on the floor Pop tells Mills and the rest of the team to give Parker the ball. By the way that game was lost by turnovers by Spurs and defence lapses. Who blocks out anymore ?

We should have blown everything up in the offseason. We're going to the playoffs just to miss out on a lotto pick and get our asses reamed by the first team we meet.

    Once again Rob...Get a clue.

Mills is not a prototypical point guard. The side to side ball movement of the Spurs normal offense provides more open shots for him as they spread the floor. Parker's normal penetrate and dish game is not there right now - that creates open threes for shooters like Mills, Marco, Manu, Green, Bonner etc. It's not happening right now..

Manu and Belinelli and Diaw on the floor together (as the normal bench group) allowed them to have a high scoring bench.

Mills strength is his shooting ability and he can make open shots if the offense is clicking right. Do you disagree?

Couple of off days to practice with the scrub lineups and some easier teams coming up. Spurs should be able to tread water until Kawhi gets back tbh.
Agree 100%. We'll still win 50+, we'll still make the playoffs, we'll probably still be a top 4 team in the West. Health is the key..

    Sorry, I didn't see that.

I hate betting against my boys, but it is mighty tempting, considering the Vegas s continue overvaluing the Spurs.
No worries - ya, when I saw that line tonight I was perplexed. Maybe they really thought Noah wasn't going to play? Either way, Spurs should be pretty easy to bet most nights if you know them..especially right now as HH said.

Well this meltdown is quite hilarious.

This would have concerned me more if we lost full strength. Not a good time for the Spurs right now, but it could be worse.

Most Spurs fans are terrible, tbh, regardless of whether they are grey/black..there are many grey posters that are solid, and a lot of bolded posters that are terrible..

The worst part of ST this season is all reading posts from all the cliff jumpers that predicted the Spurs would be eliminated in the 1st/2nd round last year ..

No I don't, and if he is an undersized SG then he sucks and has no place on this team.

Anyone who claims they weren't clenching their ass cheeks when Curry and Klay were going off is a damn liar. Don't forget Lee was injured.

I got the Bulls at +8 but didn't have the balls to bet the moneyline at +280 before the game..

After the 1st quarter, Bulls were still +3 and +130 moneyline, so I just added another bet on the moneyline..

Easy-ass money, makes this easier to watch..
Why would you be worried about that moneyline? That is a ridiculous moneyline - getting 2.8 to 1 for the Bulls? pffft.

Nothing personal, tbh. You have good takes and are obviously very well versed on the game of basketball, but I just won't ever be convinced that Mills or Marco are serviceable NBA players.
