Lance probably deserved a spot but he failed to realize that the all-star game is just an exhibition imho. He really has nothing to complain about when he's playing on one of the only 3-4 teams who have legit shots at the NBA le this season.
ASG is overrated. He's definitely an all-star caliber player, but I'd rather have seen Kyle Lowry than Joe ing Johnson.
The averaged 8 points a game last year. Sure he's doing better now but he needs to do it for another season before they put him in the game.
