.....was the top high school QB in the nation, he'll play for Clemson next season. Yep, speedy black kid who can hurt you with his arm and his feet.
The top NCAA QB is Jameis Watson the current Heisman winner and National Champion (beating another black QB) he can also hurt you with his arm and his feet.
Last season Colin Kaepenick who might be the fastest QB to ever play in a Superbowl represented his race well. This season we have another black QB who is also a dual threat in the Superbowl.
When it's draft time look at what kind of QB gets taken first.

247Sports averages all the scores from all the different recruiting services, including ESPN, to form a composite ranking for each recruit, which is the best indicator there is, tbh.....
That being said, ESPN is the only major service that still ranks Watson above Allen.... Scout, Rivals, and 247 all rank Allen well ahead of Watson
