Good call, could've gone to Harvin, Hauschka, or any of the other defensive players as well w/o argue.

Local dude from Taft High.
Thought Harvin or Wilson would have been better choices though
GOOD... I'm glad they didn't take the typical lazy route of just giving it to the quarterback of the winning team....
just watching the game and ignoring stats, it belongs to either Avril, Clemons, or Chancellor. Avril and Clemons were just after Manning all game and Chancellor is just all over the place on defense. You could also make a case for Sherman.
Smith just happened to be in the right place and right time twice
I couldn't give it to any one person. I would give it to the entire Seahawk D. Peyton was under pressure constantly, and the secondary was ridiculously good tonight.
Seaderall's defense was really amazing tonight. They held the highest scoring offense in history to 8 points. I must admit though, I highly suspect some of those nigs to be on PED's. The way they were flying around out there was crazy.
I thought Avril should have been MVP, and Harvin had my second vote. Chancellor had a bigger impact than Smith did over the course of the game, tbh.
I'd like to hear Ben Johnson and Lance Armstrong's analysis of the game.
or anyone from Carroll's USC staff.
