Ravens will win the AFC North, for sure. But I see SF going back to the Super Bowl. They're hungry. They can beat the Seahawks, they almost did if not for a huge INT by Sherman.
Man I hope you're right. Niners aren't scared of Seahawks the way the Broncos were, that's for sure.
Richard Sherman did not record an interception in the postseason
least he got injured in the game so we didn't hear him chimping out afterwards.

Your Niners are in great shape, I hope they succeed. Kaep is fired up, you got a Harbaugh, great receivers... Seahawks will have the Super Bowl winner target on their backs and I know you guys will trump them. Seattle won't be as fired up next season tbh.

New England is actually the 2nd youngest team in the league, IIRC. Of course, when your QB is 37, that hurts. Hopefully we'll pull a tank job like Indy and get our new QB of the future in two or three years.

The 9ers remind me of the pre-2008 Ravens. A lot of talented defenders which horrible at udes and little accountability. Obviously, they're more successful than the Ravens were at that time, but I also don't think their Culture of whining and failing in the clutch is going to improve. Not when their coach is the biggest perpetuator.

And I love how people act like the 9ers made the playoffs comfortably when two of their biggest compe ors lost their QBs to injuries for a huge chunk of the year and they only managed to squeak by in many games in an easy schedule (out of division). Even then, they were a bad call from not controlling their own destiny going into the final week.

Finally, their roster is overrated. They had to rely on the Ravens gifting them Boldin to have anything resembling a receiving corps. Don't give me the injury excuse. SanFran wasn't any worse off than a lot of teams were in that department, namely the Pats, Falcons, Seahawks, Ravens and Colts. They weren't unlucky; they just had to deal with the normal amount of injuries, unlike the year before. Gore is old, but despite what people kept saying, the team absolutely depends on him to carry the load. They have backs in the pipeline, but clearly the team isn't too confident in them. Ther defensive line was old last year and needs more young talent. The secondary still is the weak link. They just lost their DPOY.

Look, obviously the NFL is too unpredictable to say that a team will decline, especially before the off-season. But people who scoff at the 9ers potential decline are not being honest with themselves. The team was in decline last season but got bailed out by the "hard" non-divisional teams on their schedule being major disappointments. They needed a bad call and a fraternal gift to avoid being .500 or worse. How are extension talks with Kaep going to go? Are they going to keep/replace adequately Boldin? Are players finally going to get tired of their skipper acting like a five-year-old? This is what declining teams look like before the wheels fall off. There's no aging gracefully in the NFL.

    1. Seattle- stacked
    2. San Fran- In decline my
    3. Philadelphia- should be the best offense in the NFL next season, with Foles/Kelley developing beter chemistry
    4. Green Bay- Expecting them to improve the support of Lord Rodgers
    5. New Orleans
    6. Carolina- stacked with talent, need a QB
    7. Cincinnati - stacked with talent, need a QB
    8. Indianapolis
    9. Denver- declining team that has nothing to look forward to. went allin on Manning and went 0/2.
    10. New England- another declining team that will be compe ive, make the playoffs, and lose.. as has been their destiny the last 10 years.

It's funny how the breaks go in the NFL, tbh, and how the media covers the game..

The 9ers were 1 play away from being eliminated in the 1st round, and if that had occurred, everybody would be in agreement that they're a team on the decline..for now, only realists see it, tbh..

Niners were unlucky to have to travel to a .500 team anyway. With rodgers at the helm too

Texans won't compete next year but removing Schaub from the roster immediately guarantees 6 wins.

I'm expecting the Saints to improve from this season. Alot of young guys across the board who will even get better especially on defense and the skilled positions. The o-line and the secondary are the only real concerns. LB core is next. Otherwise pretty talented everywhere else.

Which brings up the interesting topic of division winners automatically getting a home playoff game despite having a worse record than other non-division winning playoff teams. It's hard agreeing to the idea of superior teams having to travel, and not being awarded for their play.
