Uh...yes we do still win games with Manu's key contributions on both ends of the court if you actually watch the games instead of blindly hating him for Game 6.
Still never understood the Danny Green hate. Yeah he can be frustrating when he doesn't hit shots, but that's the player he is. I think he's more of an asset on defense than offense anyway. Hopefully Pop keeps him as the starter when everyone is healthy.

Great 7 minute game by the spurs
His D was awesome tonight, I think he needs to work on getting around the screen though, he got burned a couple of times but other than that it was a solid game.
They were down by 14, then cut to 3 down to be again down by 14 and finally... they won by 7.
My main problem with him is his lack of creativity on offense and inability to successfully drive to the basket. I was also really bothered by him seeking out Lebron at that club after Game 7. But he's still a key contributor and glad to have him back.
Since you say Blair was better than Splitter, do you think Neal is better than Green?
He and LeBron at the club is totally irrelevant. At the end of the day, the NBA is just a business to these guys. Plus these two were teammates in Cleveland so they're probably friends.
But yeah that's just a weakness to his game. Like how Splitter can't finish strong or Leonard's 3 point shooting. His value to the Spurs is his defense, mainly on PG's and the ability to hit 3 pointers.
Its funny how it works, now that Tiago is back, Errors and Baynes are inside the equipment bags and the zipper is fully closed.
I hope you guys enjoyed the First Post of the Game Thread. Wanted to include a little information as well as the usual cheerleaders.
no. green plays scared. doesn't have kill switch, just like pop. plays to not lose rather than win , better all around game than neal
Yeah, but Lebron isn't the type of guy who deserves that kind of respect. The asshole walked off the court like a whiny when the Celtics took out his Cavs instead of congratulating them. The NBA may be a business to them but losing in the Finals definitely matters to guys like TD and Manu. But I guess that's neither here nor there and gotta focus on what's ahead.
That's your opinion. Personally, I had no problem with Green being at the club. It's not like the guy posed with LeBron wearing his championship hat.![]()
bowen would be ashamed of you
He wasn't just there, he hugged the dude, shook his hand and reports stated he actually had to tap Lebron on the shoulder to get his attention, lol. And if they were really friends, you'd think Lebron would've managed to keep him with Cleveland while he was there since by most accounts, he basically ran the organization in those last few years and had his way with Mike Brown. Ok...I'll leave it at that but I'm sticking to it.
I really wish the Spurs had a comfy lead in the standings so TP could get some rest. He and Tim were beasting tonight.
