it looks ridiculously blatant and obvious to me, but a few on this board said this was a gift PI or that it was a call that set up an undeserved touchdown. just wanted to get more thoughts on the play

If its the Golden Tate PI in the Super Bowl then yes--it was a good call. He impeded Tate's ability to make a play on the ball.
weird, its displaying just fine for me. here's the url, see if that works any better =/

if that STILL doesn't work this is the site i pulled it from, http://gifsection.com/2014/02/tony-c...te-super-bowl/
Of course it was PI, there's no argument against it..
Is there a gif of Earl Thomas tackling Julius before the ball got there with no PI call, though?..
He never turned his head to play the ball, so that's gonna get called

Payback for the Almighty Aquib Talib tbqfh. Just kidding that should've been called and so should've offensive PI on that deep ball. Well, maybe not that call.
That absolutely should have been PI. Remarkable play by Thomas. Though of course it would be declined anyway, it was a blatant no call
