$190 minimum + 5% of 1.5 million = $75,190 per Month.

Assuming that George signs another max/near max after this one, then another smaller veteran contract. She'll probably get 5% of the 200m that George will earn in his NBA career.

• It gets sent to the appellate court, to alter the payment downward because the expenses of the child+mom were a whole lot less than 5,000 a month.
• It gets picked up by the supreme court who end up backing the trial court's opinion. (and state that children of someone with $$$ are en led to some of the lifestyle as if they were living with the father.)

It depends. If one party still has residency in the original state, then that state has jurisdiction. Nash said his residency was in Arizona. (Not sure if things change because he's Canadian) Bosh said his was in Texas. In Florida they ruled that Bosh's residency was in Texas because that's where he filed his taxes from.

If both parties have residency in a different state, then that state has jurisdiction. I'm guessing that Nash's ex wife was trying to move to California and then argue that Nash's residency was in California to try to get more money. (They'd be going in the California courts this time instead of the Arizona ones.)

I wouldn't think that jurisdiction would transfer to California though.
