Who makes their house payment at a bank? For a few years when I first got into "banking" I would process mortgage payments. I didn't work in a branch though. I worked in an office building over by Barton Creek Mall. I processed payments from smaller homes all the way to highly successful people like Cherokee Parks (lol). I only dealt with them occasionally by phone but never in person.
