spent 3billion bucks employing a bunch of french gots to come here build a water desalination plant, like all state projects and private wanker tendors...took their fkn time building the and costs increased....after 5yrs the gots still havnt even finish building the piece of , while the waters dams are back to 90% or some ....lol what a fkn waste of money building that

They've been running out of good sense for decades!
California (especially LA) is only what it really is due to their stealing of water in the first place from other (less populated) areas of LA, which has made the problem the bigger issue than it would have been naturally.

Awhile ago lebomb and one of ST's other blacks tried to tell me that the fact you can drive on the highway for miles through land where no one lives is proof the world isn't overpopulated at all, never mind the fact that that land is uninhabitable desert. These minorities find the most re ed justifications for why it's OK for them to keep popping out kids
Essentially every problem in this world can be traced back to too many people.
Global warming? More people = more cars = more emissions.
Low wages? Too many unskilled workers = no bargaining power.
We need another plague that can wipe out a large chunk of the population, tbh.

They probably don't need to desalinate water imho, they can just drink the sea water straight away... they're already salty enough after DH's historic trolling job on them they probably don't mind ingesting some more salt, tbh.
I honestly don't know why there isn't a more determined effort at population control in places like South America, Africa, and Asia. Even places like Mexico and certain parts of Europe/America would benefit greatly from some aggressive population control.

That is a bit over the top. Outside of some disastrous event, the population will grow. The problem is that California prefers to take important resources from other states, than provide for themselves. This will cause severe problems for them in the future if they don't wise up.
