sorry there is no hollinger stat on hogging the ball just wait less than 24 hours and see it live
There is, it's called usage rate.

Will keep a keen eye tomorrow though

Sure, but in the end, when it's time to wrap up the series, MVParker will have to show up. If he doesn't I don't see this team reaching the West Finals even.
The Spurs will need MVParker offense (as opposed to his ugly brother, Enrique), simply because Tim and Manu got old, and because Kawhi still has work to do on offense.

The reality is that this Spurs team is going to need much more than MVParker, but also rejuvenated Tim, Tiago, Kawhi, a honed in Danny Green/Ferrari, a serviceable Manu, etc to get back to the Finals. It's what happens when you get old, you depend much more on your role players.

sure nobody can do what he does, but he ain't gona get any rings doing it either
It will largely depend on Doc getting that defense fixed, and running offensive sets that are not specifically CP3 centered. He can win if he isn't the head of the snake, but for that to happen, Griffin needs to be more assertive, and JJ Re needs to have a larger role.

Nt yet, but Enrique's name will be up in lights in Times Square soon

You should be hoping for that, then your client can make even more money next contract without Enrique hogging the cap space
Once Duncan/Gino walk away, then he can go anywhere he wants, tbh... I know he won't be telling the owners which coach to hire though

How come Thibs couldn't ring under Musselman, Tarkanian, Lucas, JVG, or on his own, but was magically "the real championship coach" under Doc? dat ttt!
It just so happened that Thibs walked away and Boston's defense went to ... and Thibs walked right into the Bulls, and they became one of the top defensive teams in the league... all coincidence, I'm sure

not sure if I agree. For example MVParker's best year was last year. So I would not really attribute Spurs success last year mainly to Kawhi/Duncan. I would sorely attribute to the real reason Parker.

Parker was a legit MVP candidate last year. or was he not?
Parker was at his peak last year, as in MVP conversation, so he was a big part of the team last year but the bread and butter was our D, and Parker is about the worst Spur in that regard. He did help out a lot on offense last year.

But what does it say about Parker or Spurs that Parker is having a broken down, ty season yet the Spurs are still no.2 in the West? When Parker doesn't go crazy with heroball and try to be a household name like CP3, good things happen for Spurs.

^Nothing wrong with holding fast in the ranks and seeing this thru to the end. Miami didn't win it. You lost it after you'd won it. That you don't have it does not change history.

help? Parker was an offensive juggernaut of which no team had an answer to. He had by far best year of his career last year and we are talking about a 3 time champ and once time Finals MVP

the same Spurs that are winless vs. the other 7 or so top teams in the league?

Parker is supposedly or reportedly our best player, and if he would rather blow his load in the summer for TEAM PERRIER than take on elite NBA teams, then we're screwed. He blew his load going 6/23, now Spurs are left with sloppy seconds that look like the inside of a chicken friande.

That's another story brah. Sure Parker played for France but remember that was right after Game 6 and Manu's 8 turnovers. Who's to say he didn't pound on Eurotrash meat to get over the bad taste of the Final's loss?

I myself cannot blame Parker for going out and winning something immediately after 6

IMO it's equivalent to someone going out there and banging a hot piece of street meat after being dumped IMO

rebound IMO. I can't hold that against Parker tbh

    The same 6/23 Parker?

The same Parker who averaged worse stats than Lebron did in the 2011 finals.

15.7 ppg and 6.4 assists = offensive juggernaut

It's obvious that Jim was the lifeblood behind the Spurs' resurgence.
