Im really looking forward to it
surprised the didn't have raccoon talk since let's face it, he's the one who will make them all the money
I think its main target audience is children (thought you would like it, tbh). comics featuring animals are mostly aimed at children imho, like Beast Wars, I kinda grew up watching that .
oh my God ...........
WTF![]()
Mono with the goods![]()
So?
I don't get it. Is it funny because mono just outed himself as someone who reads other profile's visitor messages?
So did you see that conversation 2 years ago and remember it or did you just now get curious about me?
Only you would be stupid enough to not see the unintentional comedy involved when you about neckbeards with short attention spans that can't handle Tolkien's "universe" only to have outed yourself as a cheese who didn't even have the attention span to read the ing books Tolkiens universe is based in.
Only you would be stupid enough to not see that I was using sarcasm to divert to calling you out for reading my visitor messages.
this is day one stuff, bro
"i wasn't being serious
you just dont get sarcasm
"
day one indeed
Mmhmm stupid enough
So how exactly does Guardians of the Galaxy tie into the current Marvel movies besides giving us some backstory on Thanos?
We don't know yet, but in the comics they have interacted with the Avengers
Plus Thanos is most likely to be the bad guy in Avengers 3
And Reilly's chracter is SHIELD's liaison @ Nova Corps, from what I'e read

Saw that Nathan Fillion will have some kind of cameo in the credits scene. Nova maybe?
Also, Guardians is tying in with an infinity gem to Avengers iirc
Yes there is a McGuffin that must be an infinity stone
It has to be, since it's likely that the Collector (we saw him at the end of Thor 2) is working for Thanos
BUMP
Going to the 7 pm screening tonight
By the way there is 1 midcredit scene and 1 postcredit scene from what I've read
Greatness. Loved it. Definitely put more of an emphasis on humor than the other Marvel flicks, and succeeded overall.
There was also a Thor-thrashing-Loki-type-scene that had the audience damn near cheering that was spectacular.
9/10.
Also det animal cameo (trying not to spoil itm because, wow, that was out of the blue)
Uhhhhh, yeah. Yikes.
(Y'think Marvel's really thinking of bringing THAT character back in the middle of this resurgence? That could go...horribly...again.)
definitely not bringing that character back. just a cameo.
freaking awesome movie, lived up to the hype!
Ok. Thank Christ.
For a second, I was worried Marvel had just decided to do some can-do-no-wrong- -swingin'.
