He can. But in that example, he was traded with Thompson for Jack (from Sac's perspective).
I think the restriction of having to be traded by himself expired a few days ago.

Really? Cool. Thanks for the info.
ESPN Trade machine actually takes this trade rule into account. In Acy's case, it says the only caveat is he can't be reacquired by Toronto and says nothing about being traded separately. Odd.
Yeah. I justed edited my post. His restricted period just ended. Good trade.
The moderator might as well cross out the le in this thread because there will be no trade in all likelihood.
Then we can start the waiver deadline thread!!!
pedophiles like prepubescent children you dumb
Yeah but I was thinking more of a ''Shannon Brown as a Spur countdown'' thread. Or maybe a ''Josh Howard watch'' thread.
I also suspect there is more for the Spurs at the waiver deadline than at the trade deadline.
That's pretty much what we can expect from the Spurs.
I wonder if Nando requested a trade, and the Spurs have been sitting him while they try to accommodate that request. So since they don't really want to move him, they played him when they really needed to.

Unable to secure a 1st-round pick in a deal for Evan Turner, Sixers may now take a 2nd as part of package for '10 No. 2 pick, sources say.
Was thinking that it could have meant something with Brown taking all those minutes, but I guess I was wrong once he checked in.
It's settled then. Bonner and a 2nd rounder for Evan Turner. Make it happen, R.C.
Turner sucks.
The hole is the 4th big. The best solution would be to find a combo PF/SF. Ayers is just a disaster.
He's a poor defender who needs the ball in his hands too much, but saying he sucks is a stretch imo. I was kidding anyways, but it sounds like the Sixers are willing to part with him for cheap. Wouldn't hurt to listen while the deadline clock winds down tbh.
Seriously. Although it wouldn't be that bad if it were basically for free.
If Okafor doesn't get moved, he could be brought out. A solid big man when healthy. For 15 minutes a game ,on a vet min., I'd take him.
Okafor is out indefinitely with a neck injury. Any trade talk is just for his contract, which is 80% insured. I doubt they even attempt a buyout if they can't trade him.
trade patty now, his value can't be higher imho.
That might be too good to be true.
Makes you wonder what the Charlotte was offering.
