have you watched Granger this season? He's been terrible coming off a major injury who's shooting 35% from the field tbh.
You're comparing him to Big Baby, enough said. There's a reason why Big Baby was dumped off Boston to begin with.

honest question, have you watched Granger since 2012? Him and Big Baby have about the same lateral quickness at the moment.

If Big Baby is so terrible, then why is he pretty much a lock to go and play for his old coach in Boston

Jamison fits our system. Wouldn't be surprised if he is the Spurs number one target.

    This.

Pop always brings in old gunslingers. Every great run we had included a guy on his way out.

lol i'm just saying cause the guy's a veteran well past his prime. You know, Spurs material. In all honesty, I'd hate for the Spurs to sign him.
The last time the Spurs signed anyone over 30 at signing (other than TMac who we knew was only emergency help) was McDyess in 2009. You guys need some new material.

Even Granger would be violating the New Order.

I wonder if the Spurs want Clark but are keeping it under wraps until the waiver deadline passes. That way, they don't risk OKC claiming him. Dallas threatened to do the same thing with Brewer in 2011. Some say that's why he agreed to a long-term deal with them instead of SA.

There are worse players than Ayres in the NBA. Not many, but Jamison is one of them.
    Nobody is worse than Ayres.

If I'm reading the numbers right, claiming Clark will put OKC over the tax line. Can't see them doing that. Especially since they could outbid the Spurs and still remain under the tax once Clark clears waivers.

For some reason I see the Spurs wanting a guy like Antawn over Granger any day of the week.
I don't follow his game much this season to know his playing shape. But he is definitely the kind of guy that Spurs/Pop like.

Pretty interesting options, more so than the trade deadline. Spurs have had interest in Davis in the past but the phobe fans don't like him because of his flamboyant at ude. Truth is, Davis is a pretty damn good player on a good team and he has far more toughness than Splitter. Too bad the Clippers and Rivers will probably be the ones to sign him. Earl Clark is interesting but when bottom feeder teams like the Cavs and Sixers have given up on him, that's not a good sign. But he should be good for spot minutes defense.

Granger should obviously be the main target if bought out. But I don't know if he would be willing to continue taking a reduced role. Instead of bowing to Paul George, he'll have to bow to Leonard instead.

    Antawn Jamison? No, just no.

Did Clark get bought out already? I dont understand all these comments on him like he's already ready to go to another team. But Clark is a dirty work kinda guy, which the Spurs need.

He was waived. Waiting for him to clear waivers and officially become a free agent. Should happen by Monday.

Thanks. He's the guy who played with the Lakers right?? If so, he seems like a system guy. A do your job/know your roll kinda guy. I like him more than Granger, but if Granger has anything left, he'd be a dam good pick up. Cut Ayers an keep Austin. Keep Matt just cuz he's white an he plays hard with no complaints.

All he has to do is stand in a corner and shoot open 3s while playing some defense

Am I missing something? Why do people want Davis when we just got rid of Blair?
