Should have just kept Blair then.
Davis isn't shorter than Ayres or Bonner. Plus he can spread the floor and bang in the post.
Should have just kept Blair then.
That doesn't make sense. If Davis is better than Blair, why keep DeJuan?
He's not. That's the point.
He is. He's taller and can score from anywhere.
Kings coach Michael Malone said on his weekly radio interview that the recently acquired Jason Terry will not join the team for the remainder of the year, according to Jason Jones of The Sacramento Bee. Terry has opted to rehab in preparation for next season, saying he has yet to recover from a knee surgery he underwent in the offseason. The team has no plans to buyout Terry’s contract, which has one year remaining beyond this season at approximately $5.5MM.
3:23pm: The Rockets are waiving Ronnie Brewer to sign Troy Daniels, a source tells Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle (Twitter link). It’ll be a two-year deal for Daniels, though 2014/15 will be non-guaranteed, Feigen adds (on Twitter).
Blair is a better rebounder and finisher but Davis is the more well-rounded player on both ends.
Ronnie Brewer any good this season?
Bad. Really Bad.
Granger's corpse is better than him.
Damn. Couple years ago he would've been perfect for the Spurs.
Granger has regressed, but RAPM advanced stats and opposition PER ratings suggest that he is still good to go for defense.
RAPM overall (offense + defense) = 0.7+1.4=2.1 (per 100 possessions). [Good enough for 9th position among SFs, behind the likes of Andre Iguodala, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, DeMarre Carroll, Paul Pierce, Shane Battier, Carmelo Anthony, Paul George...]
opposite SF PER = 9.0 (his: 10.8)
If he is bought out, he is an obvious choice for Backup SF
You know, there's so much talking on this forum, but a lot of you bas s are pretty ing knowledgeable(not robdiaz lol). It's nice communicating with people that aren't "casual" Spurs fans, tbh.
Granger's shot chart - http://stats.nba.com/playerShotchart...layerID=101122
Good to go on corner threes and the top of key three shot.
Make him play off the ball in a lineup featuring Manu, Mills/ Belinelli and he will be good to go.
Brewer lack of shooting is a big issue.
Speaking of shooters, Troy Daniels D-league stats are crazy:
In 33 games, he has taken a total of 556 shots and 432 of these 556 shots were 3 pointers. That's over 13 3-points attempts per game. His 3P% is 40.3%.
Metta is next
Metta World Peace @MettaWorldPeace 44s
Thank NYC for everything. Thanks for having meI will always be grateful...My agent is working on a buyout. No disrespect to the cityLuv U
Interesting that they actually consider finishing the year with Brown...
That FO is so incredibly confident in our chances... An half hearted try at AK and then they called it a season and went on vacation...
That said Brown would be a great Mills replacement next season, way more athletic for a midget SG...

Good stuff, Metta would pretty much be Jack2.0, which I'd love. Now these guys want to play, hopefully Pop doesn't tell them they will only play if one of the no-defense crew (Mills/Beli) is injured or something...
There's better options but Metta wouldn't be a bad choice just for spot minutes on Harden, Durant, etc. he's been pretty in awful from what I've seen this year though. Loads of experience also though.
Meta can't play SF anymore, he's way too slow, but he can be a solid PF off the bench..more importantly, he would bring toughness and intimidation, he's a proven champion, and unlike Jack, he has never been known to be a cancer, tbh..
I'd love to have him on the team, and he loves the Spurs, too(his brother's favourite team)..
It would also be nice to have him on the floor against Harden, just to with his head..
