Sperm and Eggs are by no means of the molecular level imho. They're cells and their structures are complex, each of which consists of billions of "molecules". The earliest forms of creatures are simply structured like virus and bacteria, none of which has the structure of a cell imho. Only higher organisms are made up of cells imho.
