it's like it was just placed there for the explicit purpose of making sure he's not a lobbyist in season 3.
**********Spoiler Alert**********Yeah, the Social Service Sex-team up was odd. The ease at which they swept through impeachment was meh...and Stamper getting all butthurt because Rachel was banging the out of someone's roast beef curtains was soooo middling that it killed a boring plotline. However, this show is great enough that it was warrant burning through the whole season in a weekend. I was drunk for most of it so I may have to revisit season 2. Also the Remy and Jackie plotline was hole-filled and lame, too. But it was still a good season.

Yeah, and like what is he going to be in episode 3? The new Chief of Staff for President Underwood? I mean, he'd probably do a better job than Stamper did and wouldn't hesitate to take out Rachel but then that would be the easy bend to the plotline--there'd be no thought to it. Also, kinda sucks for Freddy and Son...well, not his son because he was D.C. s but the father seemed to have changed his life around. Maybe he becomes the personal chef to Frances and Claire U.
he's really the most qualified to take doug's place. But it was ed how they ended with freddy. I don't know if his character was supposed to mean the he said at the end, or just did it so underwood wouldn't try and come back.
Yeah, like all of a sudden Freddy gave a about his low life son. I know he had the feels for the grandson, but they could've worked that line in slowly and perhaps have Frank solicit some advice from Freddy that was not kosher. I mean, that's the only thing that really adds up is if he comes back to haunt Frank as testimony as to his unsavory ways.
Six episodes into this series, and it seems to me like it's about a slightly less sociopathic Daniel Plainview in Congress.
Anyone feeling a 3some coming with Mitchum and the Underwoods? lol
Frank about to go full gay on dude.
What did the fox said? Ring ding ding dingeringering.

Peter Russo was D'Angelo'd. Frank isn't Daniel Plainview; he's Stringer Bell.
Watched episode 1 yesterday and I'm hooked
And listening to techno as they "hack"
German Industrial Techno...
Good thing Zoe had a train to catch at the beginning of season 2. Her arc became gradually uninteresting as the series went on. Kate should give all her roles to her sister from now on, because I don't doubt for a second that Rooney would do a better job.
i liked season 2 just fine and ran through it pretty quick but am i the only one who thought season one was maybe better? might have to revisit both. and could they have made president walker anymore weak and naive?
They could have made him like the one in Scandal. Pussy whipped got.

Didn't read rest of thread, but yes to season 2 episode 1![]()
Finally finished season 2.
Spoilers spoilers spoilers I'm basically giving away what happens in season 2 beware
I did a back to back to back binge fest of the last 3 episodes and that tag team by Meachem and Frank on Claire was just not necessary. I mean it just came off as something to attract gay viewers or something. Nothing had ever been mentioned that Frank liked and pussy. I was under the impression that he liked pussy. He definitely liked Zoe's pussy in season 1. And the vibe that I got with Meachem and Frank was that it was a father and son type of thing not some crazy orgy . If there was going to be some type of kinky , I would have preferred to seen Jackie and The First Lady in bed. Anyways, I liked season 2. I felt bad for President Walker. He got played big time by Frank. He let Frank up his life, reputation, name, and family. Wikipedia said that Doug was killed by Rachel. Any confirmation of that?
The three-some will forever be etched in my brain.
you must have missed it in season one when it was revealed him and his old college buddy had a thing. but yeah, it's been known for a while.

Come on Jake the Snake, youre better than that tbh.
Damn, I can't believe I missed that. I must have not been paying close attention to the episode you speak of. I was disappointed because I think the switch hitting was a distraction.
You don't remember when Francis went to his Alma Matter and got drunk with his college buddies? He and his "buddy" drank a little too much, things were said. Yada yada..............you could also see the chemistry between the two. IJS
So that's why his surname is Underwood... he likes being Under Meechum's wood
