Thats a legal answer since adults are defined by the law. Its illegal by law sure but that has nothing to do with the morality of it.

I think it is morally wrong for an adult to have sex with a minor who is sexually/psychologically underdeveloped. Since it is difficult to assess that development, especially in a viable scenario where sex with a minor is an option, it's probably a good idea to just say no. That's why the law exists. Not to mention how pathetic it is that a someone has to be desperate enough for sex to throw their moral compass out the window and violate a child. Also, just because a teen is sexualized, does not mean they are fully sexually or psychologically prepared for sex.

My definition of an adult does not matter. I explained why the law exists. I don't think a scenario in which 18 year old boy has sex with a 14 year old girl is the reason the law exists. I would imagine that neither one of those kids are fully mature enough, sexually or psychologically, for sex.
