For his size? No clue - I would guess it's probable. You'd have to set some parameters for "all-time," as well.
I'd say Wilt probably had the biggest hands of all-time, or maybe Shaq, professional basketball wise.
I just did a google search and according to an questionable metric, our beloved Tim Duncan's are supposedly bigger than Shaq's. Also Patrick Ewing's were being brought into the equation.
