My definition of an adult does not matter. I explained why the law exists. I don't think a scenario in which 18 year old boy has sex with a 14 year old girl is the reason the law exists. I would imagine that neither one of those kids are fully mature enough, sexually or psychologically, for sex.

I don't think what you brought up is necessarily morally wrong, it depends on the situation and maturity of individuals involved, but that's not why we have laws.

I think, that it is morally wrong for an adult to have sex with child when the child is not on a relatively comparable even field with the adult from a psychological devlopment standpoint. Meaning, that the adult is manipulating or taking advantage of the child's immaturity or confusion about sex. Even if a child is sexualized or has even had intercourse already, that doesn't mean they can't be manipulated or advantage can't be taken. On the contrary, the pyschological damage done from premature sexualization makes them an easier target for manipulation by an adult, or someone who is more mature. That is the best way I can define it.
