    He's becoming Pat Riley part 2 in the biggest market in the world. Players will flock there just as they have for Riley. Jackson's presence will keep 'Melo, Knicks will then pry Rondo away from Boston and when Amare comes off the books in 2015...they use that cap space to sign KLove. Knicks big 3 will be 'Melo/Rondo/Love with Jackson returning to coach like Riley did for DWade and Shaq after assembling the team.

    No but they have over 50+mil coming off the books after next season. Basically right now they have only 12 mil in salary committed for 2015/2016. When 'Melo re-signs it still gives them a lot of dough to work with.

    Woodson's job is safe at least for this season imho. The Knicks are still gonna suck anyway and they need a scapegoat which Woodson perfectly serves.

    I'm very angry at the Buss family for not allowing Phil Jackson to be the coach of the Lakers. Phil is at his best when he's coaching God. The Lakers are primed for a le run next year with God's resurgence and our lottery pick. The Lakers would be the best situation for Phil.
