0-5 including two preseason wins.
Are they a bigger threat to Miami than the Pacers?
Not a knee jerk reaction, just want to seriously hear what you guys think. Let's keep it clean and civil, Heat/Lebron fans.
Without AK and KG too
I wouldn't underestimate them, they have a lot of talent and can surprise if they don't break down like a center drafted by Portand.
Lebron is in a slump so the team is in the slump. That's all it says. Bosh is playing at his ceiling and Wade at this point is too (though I'd like to think he has a few more Game 4 @ Spurs games left in him). My only worry right now is the lackluster D and Ray Allen in a season long shooting slump.
Dat fatigue is real. I keep bringing that up in every Heat related thread. They've been going balls deep in the postseason for the last 3 years. They're not going to overcome that this season tbh. Simple as that.
Same like the Lakers from 2008-2011, perhaps
people thinking Miami gives a about regular season head to head records. They'll finish them off in 4 games in the playoffs.
Clueless^
True. That's why no team has ever made it to 4 straight Finals appearance.
Bird's celtics?
In today's era. The Celtics once won 8 straight les
LA went into 4 straight finals from 1982 to 1985
Boston also the same from 1984 to 1987
Yes, you're right. Good call Venti.
Which absolutely means, nothing going forward in this post season.
Pacers have improved and the Nets are built to throw blows with Miami.
if you can't see the difference of miami during RS or miami in the playoffs after 3 years you should stop watching basketball.
i'm not sold yet they will win this year but come on the nets are you kidding me. if they will meet they will be very lucky if they take it to 6 but doubt it.
Goddess blessed the NY team tbh.
Tbh all the games have been close but if I was a heat fan, I'd be concerned.
even when the nets were playing like trash they beat the Heat this year
And if today's standings hold up (Indy #1, Toronto #3), the Heat might get to dodge both the Nets and Bulls in round 2. The Heat would beat both of those teams anyway but it would take 6 games or so and would wear them down for the ECF and beyond.
