Should be a fun game...I'm assuming lakers will give a good fight, but Spurs will prevail blowing the game out in the 4th. Spurs-109 Lakers-94

    Spurs gonna tap dat.

    116 to 87

Only reason Lakers get into the 80s is our bench plays most of the 2nd half.

    JUst 116?

I suspect the Lakes will be a bit more generous than that. 124-91, methinks.

PtR had an article about resting Duncan during this next 4 game stretch which I fully agree with tbh. Would do him some good like it did Parker.

Read that as well and have to agree. This is the perfect time to do it.

Dangerous game to play....the Spurs don't really have any cushion on OKC, Miami, or Indiana, and at this point, I think it's still worth playing for HCA against all three of those teams.

If the Spurs just take care of business and spread the wealth, Duncan shouldn't have to play heavy minutes and should be able to sit out a few 4th quarters through this stretch.

That being said, any rest you can buy for Duncan at this point would be a good thing.

Spurs should win this one with ease, I like the Duncan resting stuff drinking piña colada.

The Spurs should be able to beat the Lakers twice, Utah, and the Kings without Timmy tbh. Looking at their remaining RS schedule, this is the last opportunity to give Duncan an extended period of rest while still theoretically being able to keep the top record in the league.

I have a feeling this game is going to be MUCH closer then people are anticipating. Spurs will not take this game seriously in the slightest and will use a lot of energy winning.

I agree about resting Duncan. The Spurs need him more for the April stretch than they do right now. He hasn't had the amount of rest the injured players were given so he deserves a break.

That would be too much of an insult to the D-Fenders.
