Lol the animations in 2k14 are re ed. It's like, a defender will be on your player's right, and instead of dunking/laying it up on the left, they'll dunk/lay it up on the right to get blocked.

And block rating doesn't even matter in 2k14, you just gotta time it right. I get blocks with Patty all the time on players like KD and Bron.

nba games have been terrible and way too easy to score in for about a decade now. while i wouldn't say the realism there, NBA Live 2004 was far and away my favorite NBA game ever because you actually had to work for your buckets, since jumpers weren't consistent and you could block basically any contested layup/dunk

I own 2k11, I still suck at the game but haven't played it that much, partly because Richard Jefferson's gay ass is on the Spurs.
