I definitely see Pop sitting the dudes at OKC but I wish he wouldn't, the race to 1 is gonna be tight enough
Things are going too well, I'm starting to worry
We have the best record in the NBA, we are the hottest team in the NBA, and at the moment we don't have any real injuries. Something bad is bound to happen

Calm down michael myers![]()
Honestly I think we'll drop one or two games that we're "supposed" to win against sub-.500 teams, although it won't mean much. I'm going to guess our first loss will come sacramento on March 21.
I don't think it means much the Clips lost. Denver isn't a playoff team in the west but they're better than half the teams making the east playoffs imo. There's no shame in losing to the Nuggest @ Denver when you're on a b2b. They're a pretty decent team just like the Wolves, Suns, and Grizzlies. Any of them can beat you if you aren't on your game.
Props to the Clippers for the big run. Imo they've been just as impressive as the Spurs lately. They took the 3rd seed and are only 2 games out of 2nd. If they actually get the 2 seed, the second round matchup between OKC and LAC will get a lot more interesting than it already is. LAC has the best home record in the west and 2nd best in NBA behind the Pacers who get to pad that against the ty east.
This (says the pessimist)
Like this?
We won't lose until April 6th
Nice run by the Clips, but the Spurs are incredible. Outside of winning 50+ games per season record, I don't have a number, but I believe the Spurs have the most 10+ game win streaks in the history of the NBA.
Negative.
That record belongs to the Boston Celtics, with 30 separate 10+ game winning streaks.
The Los Angeles Lakers are 2nd with 24 separate 10+ game winning streaks, 28 if you count the Minneapolis Lakers streaks (which we shouldn't).
The San Antonio Spurs are currently comfortably in 3rd with 20 separate 10+ game winning streaks.
Considering that some of the Celtics and Lakers streaks go back as far as '57 and '63 ('49 if you count Minny), nearly two decades before the Spurs even came over from the ABA...I'd say they've still done pretty well for themselves.
^Thanks for the correction. Still impressive nonetheless.
Sad, but this.
If TD goes down, in some useless regular season game, it's all over.
i don't see us losing against anyone as long as everyone is healthy and playing.
I'm at that point of the season where I'm paranoid someone will have a freak injury these last few games
Playoffs canNOT get here fast enough. Let's get the real season started, goddammit!
Correction. If either TP or TD goes down, it's all over.
Correction correction, if TP or TD goes down OR Pop dies, it's all over.
If the ATT Center roof collapses and kills the entire team, it's over.
