    Haha.. Cotchrey had ten TD catches last year. He will be a great 3 and a solid 2. I have to think we are going to draft at least two wide outs and probably bring one big name in. I love the signing.

I admit it's a pipe dream, but from what I'm hearing Philly is 100% getting rid of Jackson before camp and the Panthers are a top choice. I just hope he doesn't go to SF.. they have a ton of picks.

    you need 10M roughly to sign your draft picks and 10 more for jackson, your team has 7M in capspace..

    Congrats on getting Allen if he chooses the Silver and Black. That would definitely make the FA period better even in light of the Veldheer situation. Guess we'll see whom he chooses this weekend.

    Given the players we have added or are looking to add, they're indicating they are seriously looking to draft a QB with that top pick. It's been reported that they've been in love with Derek Carr throughout the process, and both RM and Dennis Allen were at his pro day. our candidate draft picks were QB/WR/OT/DE. with signings of Austin Howard and Donald Penn they won't be using the #5 on a tackle. By bringing in passrushers like Wooldey, Tuck, Antonio Smith (will be an interior rusher), and now trying to go after Jared Allen, it seems they are trying to fill the pass rushing need, instead of going after Khalil Mack/Clowney. I don't think signing James Jones is enough to deter them from taking Watkins if he is "their guy" but QB is the one position we haven't addressed.
