Just want to make it clear for all the posters that debate All Time greats...when you are the best ever at your position you are a top 5 All Time Great.

    PG: Magic
    SG: MJ
    SF: Bird
    PF: Duncan
    C: Kareem

You cant debate that top 5. And 6-10 would be their back ups.

    PG: Oscar
    SG: Kobe
    SF: LeBron
    PF: Malone
    C: Russell

Kobe kills team chemistry. Would snitch on MJ to get the starting spot.

Lets see a lineup that could beat Magic/MJ/Bird/Duncan/Kareem....out of all the other players. They would win 4 out of 5 time and time again against any line of position players after them.

You have Malone and Kobe in your top 10. No credibility. Duncan is top 10, not top 5.

Take Kirby and Karl "The Choker" Malone out of the top 10 and it's a decent list, tbh....

At this point, I'd have to give Lebron the SF spot over Bird. I mean, can you imagine Bird trying to guard Lebron?

Duncan isn't top 5 and isn't a PF if we're really being honest.

He would have been a center if he was drafted anywhere else.

    Bird couldn't guard Wilkins.

Does that mean Wilkins was a better player than Bird?

But he wasn't. And he played PF throughout his prime

Of course not, that's just one factor. But Lebron is much better than Wilkins in other areas, and I think overall he's a better player than Bird. It is close, but basketball is a gane for huge superathletic men, and Lebron has that physical advantage over Bird and pretty much everyone else.

Well no, that's slightly misleading. Duncan was more of a PF in his younger days. He was quick and played a lo from the high post and midrange. His versatility allowed him to slide to the 4, so give him credit for that. But I won't deny that post-2007, he is definitely a center.

Keep calling Duncan a "PF", because if you called him a center which he actually plays btw, he would not be top 3 at the center position.

Hakeem would absolutely humiliate Malone. He was versatile enough to play the 4 on another team.

Stat fails again, Duncan didn't switch to center full-time until the 2006-07 season.... he won most of his rings at power forward, dumbass
