I wouldn't even ban them. I would just tighten up the definition of and more carefully enforce the official ST rule that says "Don't be lame". I believe it's number 3. The mgmt. here has a very loose definition of "being lame".

Once you guys are banned this place will be a lot more conducive to having competent and fun discussions. Then it will attract new members, and the old members will want to come here again.
