i am black and let me tell you, being black is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. As for your previous post, I skimmed through it too quickly (hard to hold my interest when reading your ) to realize you conveniently dropped the "summer job" situation. I have no doubt you're telling the truth about working a summer job and going through school (weve all been there)--but to use that petty experience to define workplace management on a macro level is downright hilarious. You probably bussed tables at Outback or Chilis and your supervisor was some black guy named Kenneth who walked table to table to ask how folks' food was after just one bite.
