Sure, the last part is really stupid from people. He's amazing when playing well. Again, my concern is that he was so tired or injured (coasting card was not really viable early on ) that Pop did a drastic move and rested him 3+ weeks. If someone is either tired or injured, 3 weeks should cure one of all ailments. Then he came back and still looks gassed. But, I am willing to wait and see, but I would not be at all surprised if if comes out that he's injured much more than the Spurs are letting on.
He needs to be able to go full speed in the playoffs and I really hope he can.
Manu trying to emulate 6 at the free throw line, tbh.![]()
A good kick in the pants tonight, lol at the mini meltdowns. Spurs are in the drivers seat guys.
Let me break it down for you, as you are newbie:
TP ain't 21. He's not fast. He's not even quick. All he is crafty.
His J is broke.
He's old and used up from playing selfishly over seas for ever DECADE WITHOUT A SINGLE BREAK.
All these 3 point shooters on the Spurs, TP should be averaging 13 points and 12-13 assists.
But he's always chasing stupid, empty hero numbers, instead of winning numbers.
Personally I LOVE salty commentating from the other team. It's so hilarious to listen to. The only weird thing is they actually get paid to be that unprofessional on the air.
Spurs win!
also, ban OP tbh.
Parker wants to be the superstar so he gets full blame last year. Lebron would have got it. So why not Parker? He's our MVP right?
I'll take a loss if it meant Green didn't go down.![]()
Horrible 2ndo half and I blame Pop for letting TP run the show with some dumb decisions, after the last timeout they started moving the ball and things worked fine.
Tony: Hey Pop, I'll give you an expensive bottle of wine if you take Timmy out..
Pop: How expensive?
Tony: Oh it's expensive, it's french..
Pop: Tim come here a minute
Let me break it down for you:
Stop talking.![]()
Good game, good night!
What an amazing streak and not every game should be easy. This one was for the most part but it slipped away. Still, impressive win on top LAC losing.
Let's just hope Danny is ok.
Pop: Now what's all this here?
Tony: He called me a punto!
Pop: Tony, you're French. Not Hispanic.
Tony: Ach! Merde!
What happend to him?
6-23 shooting. Tony deserves some of the blame whether you want to admit it or not.
Exactly. An injury hurts us more than a win.
Sprained foot.
Ugh, hope Green can come back in a week or two. I hate seeing him out. He and Kawhi make our perimeter defense great. Without one of them, we're left starting Beli most likely![]()
Really hoping Danny's alright. He's integral to this team's success, whether you like him or not.
Game winner in game 1. No Tony, that series is done in 5.
A win is a win. This actually might be good in that Pop will chew the team out afterwards and have them focused for Friday.
I'm not concerned about the collapse against Denver tonight. I'm concerned with Green's foot. We're about to have a very tough stretch coming up, and the last thing we need is our 2nd best perimeter defender to be injured.
Yeah guys. Tony Parker isn't quick.
